Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee and are non-refundable. Failure to attend a booked tour or activity will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Guests who arrive after the scheduled departure time may be deemed a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund. Crew H2O Cancellations Tours and services are subject to weather, sea conditions, minimum passenger numbers, and operational requirements. If Crew H2O cancels a tour or service, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit, or full refund. Operational Changes Crew H2O reserves the right to alter departure times, destinations, activities, and itineraries where necessary for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
